    RETURNS AND REFUNDS

    For us it is important to guarantee the best possible purchasing experience, which is why we have decided to make the return policy quick and simple. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return one or more items within 14 days from the date the order was delivered to you. In Italy the return shipment carried out with the courier indicated by us is FREE. In Europe, the return shipment carried out with the courier indicated by us costs €15. If the return is sent back using a different courier, all costs will be borne by the customer. We inform you that on the same order, the free return is valid up to one exchange per item , the remaining ones will cost €15 per operation. Before returning one or more products, we invite you to carefully read all the Return Conditions.

    Return conditions

    Items can be returned within 14 days from the order delivery date, return costs are free. Products must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition in which they were originally shipped: not worn, washed or altered in any way. All items must also be returned with the original tags and any original accessories supplied (hangers, clothes covers, etc.), including the authenticity label and the security seal which must not be cut or broken. Products belonging to the same order must be returned together, in a single package. Returns must always be shipped from the same country in which the order was received, to avoid extra transport costs at your expense. Damaged returns will not be accepted and may be returned to the Customer at his expense.

    Exchange

    We accept both changes in size or color of the same model, if available. Return shipping of the item subject to exchange is free up to one exchange per item.

    Defective goods

    Products received which are already damaged or which show lack of conformity are considered defective. In case of defective products we ask you to follow the same return procedure by filling in the form . Progetto-due.com reserves the right to refuse unauthorized defective returns. If the defective return is accepted, Progetto-due.com will refund the purchase price of the item and any shipping costs. If you have received the wrong product, or it is damaged, please contact us before returning it via WhatsApp on +39 351 9122101, or send us an email to customercare@progetto-due.com, indicating your order number.

    Reimbursement

    In the event that the Customer requests a refund for the returned item(s), progetto-due.com will endeavor to process the refund promptly or in any case within 14 working days from the date of acceptance of the return. The credit will be made with the same payment method used by the Customer, and to the same account. The effective date of visibility of the crediting may vary due to factors beyond the responsibility of progetto-due.com. Refunds are also issued in the same currency as the original purchase. We remind you that the refund will only concern the purchase price of the items, and will not include shipping costs and customs duties, which will remain the responsibility of the Customer. In the case of "partial" withdrawal, only the value of the returned items will be refunded.

    Return procedure

    If the Customer wishes to return one or more items, the procedure must be carried out within 14 days from the order delivery date. Our Customer Service will then send an email with instructions for making the return. The Customer is asked to faithfully follow the instructions provided. Furthermore, Progetto-due.com reserves the right to inspect the returned items, and if the return does not satisfy the conditions imposed, to send it back with costs and charges borne by the Customer himself.

    Fill out the return form and send it via email to customercare@progetto-due.com. We will respond promptly by sending you confirmation of acceptance. Once you have received our confirmation, we kindly ask you to follow this procedure

    1) Completely fill out the return form received and insert it inside the package. If you have lost the form you can find it here . If you need assistance, contact our customer service .

    2) Carefully pack the items in the original packaging, or in appropriate shipping packaging and ensure that the products do not deteriorate during transportation. Print and apply the DDT label provided to the package.

    3) We will organize the collection of the return from your home, agreeing on the collection day and time slot. Make sure the shipment is in the hands of the courier within 14 days of receiving the order.

    4) We will check and accept your return within 14 working days of receiving the package and will send you an email confirming the refund has been issued. If you prefer to receive a bank transfer, please let us know customer care your bank details necessary to process the refund. The communication must contain the following data: Name and Surname of the account holder, Name of the bank, IBAN, SWIFT Code / BIC and Order Number.

    For tracking and security reasons, we recommend sending returns using the procedure and courier indicated by us. However, if you prefer to use another method, send your return to:

    If you choose to send the return using a different courier or shipping method, the costs will be entirely your responsibility and you will have to pay any shipping costs in advance. In these cases, Progetto Due does not assume responsibility for any refunds or compensation in the event of loss, theft, incorrect handling or damage to the returned goods.
